Our history
Sacha Bostoni in Dr. Fred Zülli’s laboratory, Switzerland, 202(.
SACHA BOSTONI & Dr. Fred Zülli
Sacha Bostoni revolutionised the eyewear industry by co-founding Jimmy Fairly, a brand that offers an accessible take on luxury and has expanded across Europe in less than ten years.
In 2022, he stepped back to focus on what mattered most. A pivotal meeting with Dr. Fred Zülli, a pioneer in plant stem cell research, reignited his entrepreneurial spirit. Together, they envisioned a biotechnology brand founded on a shared principle: cultivating science to honour the earth.
The STM30® Complex (Thirty Days Stem Cell Complex), developed using Dr. Zülli’s Alpine biotechnology, forms the foundation of a comprehensive product line – including skincare, body care, hair care and dietary supplements.
With FIRN, Sacha Bostoni aims to take things a step further: to use scientific research as a driver of sustainability, particularly through the One Percent For Farming project.
Clémence de Stabenrath and Raphaële Four have now joined the project, working on product and brand management, respectively.

CLÉMENCE DE STABENRATH
Clémence de Stabenrath spent ten years working for some of France's leading cosmetics companies.
Her approach to product development is rigorous, innovative and responsible. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the French industry, she was able to identify the most suitable partner laboratories for FIRN.
She designed a high-performance range designed to unlock the full potential of STM30®, an extraordinary ingredient that sets the skin on a virtuous cycle of regeneration.
Each formula combines STM30® with a key ingredient – retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide or collagen peptides – whose stability and bioavailability have been optimised to the fullest extent.
FIRN is thus setting a new standard: not only does it offer the best molecules, but it selects them based on their intrinsic quality in order to maximise their effectiveness.

RAPHAËLE FOUR
After fifteen years in the fashion industry – first with Girls In Paris, then as Marketing and Communications Director for a major French brand – Raphaële Four created FIRN, a brand that breaks with traditional skincare conventions.
She draws her inspiration from the high mountains and the pursuit of performance, the birthplace of STM30®, which originated in the Swiss glaciers.
In glaciology, the term "FIRN" refers to snow that has been compacted at high altitudes.
Its aesthetic draws inspiration from fashion, design and perfumery. The packaging – white domes reminiscent of a mountain or a 1970s opaline lamp – reflects this fusion of science and sensibility.
This commitment to aesthetics carries through into FIRN stores: understated, well-curated spaces designed as intimate laboratories, where customers can explore and experience the science that drives FIRN.
